Phosphates are used as stabilizers, emulsifiers, sequestrants and pH buffering agents in dairy products. A full range of emulsifying and correction salts produced by Fosfa a.s. and Omnisal GmbH for block and spreadable cheeses and for meltable pizza cheese are available. In addition we supply stabilizers for UHT and condensed milk and dipotassium phosphate for dairy dreamers.
